Client is looking for 3 to 5 years Working in a support role within the Fire and Intrusion Alarm or CCTV Industry Experience monitoring service and sales agreements Microsoft Suite CRM or Sales System Supporting Outside Sales Upselling Services and hand off to Outside Sales if needed Work with Billing Provide exceptional Customer Service and maintain a 95% renewal rate on existing clients Recommended Skills Billing Customer Service Customer Relationship Management Sales Alarm Devices Success Driven Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
